CubCloud AI, LLC ("CubCloud," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide customers with account updates, appointment and consultation reminders, service and deployment notifications, platform support follow-ups, and other customer care messages related to our sovereign AI infrastructure, GPU compute, and related services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from CubCloud at the phone number you provide.

Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages from CubCloud by:

Costs & Carrier Information

Message and data rates may apply.Check with your mobile carrier for details on your text messaging plan. CubCloud does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, UScellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Use

Mobile information and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your phone number and opt-in consent data will be used solely for the purposes of sending you the messages described in this policy. No mobile information will be shared with any third party.
